SGT (Join to see) - LOL! The crash beam was put up to protect the bridge. When they raised the bridge 8 inches they put up a new beam. The old one was bent from all the collisions! I know someone will ask, "Why not just lower to road?" Answer, they can't because water, gas and sewer lines are just below the road bed.
