Doubtful and honestly the US military isn’t ready to play an away game against China. It would be ugly on their turf. I think Taiwan would put up one hell of a fight. Maybe they could hold off China for a week or two. The world would certainly sanction China but just look at Crimea, it is forgotten and Russia gets to get away with naked aggression.

LTC (Join to see) It would be a tactical victory and strategic failure for China. If China does launch an invasion then the US won’t be able to do much to stop it. Then China will be dealing with a never ending insurgency. China would love to inflict massive losses to US military rushing to help Taiwan.
