War with Korea is not on any battlefield. What is their Center of Gravity? China. What is China's CoG? Economics. Mr. Trump knows that as well. He is going after currency manipulation first. Secondly, if passed, he will reduce Corporate income taxes. If we can get on a level economic playing field with China we will once again dominate the markets. It's no different than Reagan's plan of outspending the Russians in an Arms build up in order to bankrupt them.

I'm not sure attempting to shoot down one of their missiles with one of ours is a good idea.
