Easily hundreds...lol Sometimes almost burned through a book of 50 during a watch..horrible. At one duty station had a circuit path that literally went around the world. Thing would drop out constantly, so many intermediate stations. Burned cards constantly. Sometimes the ol' "smacking the stapler to the back of card reader" would resync without burning a card.

Had the AC Breakdown at CINCPACFLT Pearl, I went thru 8 cards in as many minutes before I logged the Circuit Down until restoration of AC. They don't function so good without AC, Hell you can cook on them.
