I'm aware of the case and actually cited it once before on a 2nd Amendment post a while ago. Any chance you are well versed on the political climate and litigious practices of the City of Los Angeles? they will pretty much settle with anyone who a member of the LAPD just happens to sneeze on and threatens with a lawsuit. SCOTUS precedent will not protect them from a fiscal chasm wrought from their moral cowardice.
