This is more bovine stool from the left. her position is a counselor to the president. She is not acting in a legal capacity. She is not legal counsel to the president. The two items they mention in the story (the Ivanka tweet and the Obama immigration suspension) and then the comment about crowd size are non issues.
This is leftist lawyers who are simply slinging crap against the wall (what most lawyers do) to see what they can get to stick. "We do not file this complaint lightly". That is a laugh. The fact that they filed it at all reveals their partisan position.

A lawyer can be disciplined for any conduct that casts disrepute on the profession of law. A lawyer who does not pay his or her bils can be dragged before the bar authorities. Your post displays so little respect for the law that nobody in the profession will or should take you seriously.

Although she has a law degree, from what I can tell, she is not serving as an attorney. So I do not know if complaining to the bar about her conduct has meaning. But then again President Clinton faced some legal repercussions with the Arkansas bar for perjuring himself. Probably need a lawyer to untangle this one. Capt Gregory Prickett ?

Capt Gregory Prickett - Clinton wasn't suspended for 'just' lying. He committed perjury during a deposition as I recall. There is a difference.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Since you want to parse it, I guess as an attorney that's what you get paid for.
Perjury is the intentional act of swearing a false oath or of falsifying an affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to an official proceeding. Whereas lying not telling the truth.
There is a big difference. And you know it.
