Code of ethics: bad idea. At least as proposed.

The code prevents partisan discussions; however, just about everything is political these days. How long before patriotism is challenged by the local Communist? How long before historical facts like "America won the cold war," become "partisan?"

Additionally, political discussions SHOULD be happening in High School. Government and Civics classes SHOULD discuss current political trends and allow students to explore both sides of arguments. Refusing those discussions is creating poor citizens.
