Hopefully some of you can see the story without being on Linkedin. I have found out that Puerto Rico has been charging at utility customers a surcharge for years yet they've never upgraded the utility system with the money they've received. President Trump has sent an armada of 140 helicopters, 28 shifts, 6 Army Field hospitals, three Navy Seabee battalions, 3 civil Affairs Battalion which is about 30 teams of civil Affairs folks, two nuclear submarines with a capability of 3.8 gigawatts of power, 300K tons of food and over three billion dollars. The Puerto Ricans have a shortage of truck drivers at this time. I think we should say chiton! (Shut up in Spanish)To the ungrateful government officials.

I guess you can call this non-functional corruption where most of the money goes into the pockets of some of the money you were trying to mitigate non-functional corruption Afghanistan. Hopefully, the Auditors will be out in force to see what's going on concerning the Grid in the bankruptcy proceedings to be able to figure out who's at fault in Puerto Rico. Hopefully the records were not destroyed or not kept.
