Really is Mark. I think that that there is still some whackos left from Obama’s gang or some that waited in shadows and got on the Trump wagon hiding their deceitful ways.
The opioid antidote sounds good in a way of it’s handled kind of like I suggested. Make it hard to be an antidote agent.. maybe some pre training as an agent.. Any EMT/ EMS would be covered to be an agent, as would be a Public Safety Officer (Police) . Stringent rules to be an agent would have to be in place.. like couldn’g Be a felon(would one being a felon for a white collar crime be excepted? That would be up to the A.G. Of affected States.. that participate.
I had a advanced train’g first-aid card.. even a person with a lower level card could do something as long as I were present and could guide them. I had a Multimedia 1st Aid card and could do things under a EMTs direction .. even by radio.(I was involved with Civil Air Patrol at that time). <~ The card is good for 3 years and annual retrain’g was a $10 fee.. Well I knew FireFightefs that were also 1st aid instructors and they would run me through the class and not charge becsuse they were part of “Public Safety Dept” within a State. After the Third time they said when I had to do a course I would have to pay the $10 the next time.. My recertification by the Fire Dept wouldn’t be accepted..... I went over their heads via the instructor st the Dept. National Red Cross told them to send to them and they would accept the Fire Dept. Recertifying me. Gee I thought they were all part of the same Red Cross.. did the Red Cross in other states do like Michigan does? It seems tha Red Cross in Mi. Received a quarterly grant from the state.. it was mainly for Emergency Services for disasters within the state.. it subsidized the R.C. It seems the Mi. Populace is only giving when a disaster happens but some areas not much.. I had noticed a R.C. Response trailer parked at a Fire Station in Adrian, Mi. I asked Red Cross about it and it has come to Tecumseh a few times.. It must have been some time ago.. What’s important itis there for us if needed.

For that antidote I would suggest an agent in it that would make the opioid user ill to the point of wanting to quit opioids. (The antidote set up so that when user did go back to using is they got so sick from taking only a little bit of antidote... possibly they will decide to quit opioids indefinitely... I think special permits issued to us that carried the antidote..
that there be a number on the antidote
Tube... that an administrator would use and sign off on a card.. the user carries.
Part of responsibility is to get LEO assistance to get person to medical help.
Also a relief of blame because antidote carriers Be should be regarded like those that give port to s’one in need .. they be held NOT legally liable(Good Samaritan act)... acted in good faith and followed all or most protocol related to incident .
