Wow..... I never knew about this incident. Even when the History Channel showed the documentary about POW's here in the US, they never mentioned it. Its amazing that this guy was not sent to the front lines to begin with we might have been better off and some German POW's would have lived.

I remember Hearing about it in the Utah Military History at NG HQ in Draper...

I was in the California Army National Guard and I went to that Tooele Army Depot at least 4 times because our unit was deployed and stationed at dugway Tooele and Deseret chemical depot during operation Noble eagle in 2003 and 2004.
