Lockheed-Martin sues 82nd Airborne for C-130 cadence royalties

DOD should get involved and tell Lockheed Martin that if they continue to pursue this lawsuit, 1. They would no longer purchase aircraft from them. 2. The settlement amount would be deducted from future contracts. 3. Current contracts would be stalled.

Next thing Jody will be suing even though he was already well compensated.

If this works for Lockheed Martin I wonder how many Houses of Ill Repute will now be suing for the "name use" of their products and domicile in various marching cadences? :) Go duffelblog
