COL Mikel J. Burroughs its specific to hospitals, NICU and ER or in home care. This is what I'm trying to get the grants for. To build a manufacturing company to build all my inventions and I want to rehab, house and employ homeless vets in my area and surrounding cities. It's a process but we will get there
