I know the pain. It's a hole on the heart that never totally heals. It is so sad.

PFC Teresa Walker I find myself continuing to ask why did they do it?

I think I can share a little there. I made an attempt myself once. They absolutely lose all hope. They see no way out of the pain, whatever it is. At least that's what it was to me, and I have talked to others now who say the same. You want free of the pain and want peace.

It's never easy to get over the loss of a good friend, or relative. Keep their memories in your heart and mind.
