Unbelievable abuse of authority!!!! Fortunately, for every one of these butt clowns posing as a cop there are hundreds of others doing great and wonderful things in their community...but they don't make the news. I hope this one gets put in the same cell block with people that have seen this but they won't let that happen because of his "safety". His face won't be the only thing hurting if they did.

Obviously he was trying to rip some asphalt from the parking lot to throw at the officer, what other explanation could there be for his hands being on the ground? Oh right, he was complying, I guess that would explain it.

Sigh... Supporting the police is appropriate only when tempered with the idea that they need to be held to high standards. Here we have an opportunity to hold them to a high standard here because this clearly isn't acceptable.

I don't see how anyone can justify it.
