I know what I think about this being prior enlisted! But what do you commissioned Officers think?

I really don’t understand why she would do this after coming so far. Sometimes people misread what is expected of them. Apparently she believed she was supposed to turn around a low performance situation. Perhaps some of her people resented her assignment. However, that’s just conjecture on my part. The IG usually does a good job in their investigations.

As an afterthought, from what I have read and observed, I’m not sure I could deal properly with what passes as today’s
Attitude about work ethic, acceptance of responsibility,and general attitude of today’s Military. I served in a different era under different expectations of myself and those I led.
