Hmmm... in CA, if a death occurs in the commission of ANY crime, aren’t the perp(s) charged with murder? Does this apply if the death is in another state?

I don't know if Ca. would apply, but in my opinion he should charged with murder, for causing the death of another.

This has been going on for a few years and the warning shave been out heir due to situations that almost cost lives. I think this douche bag should pay the price. No excuse for this behavior ever to include the old fall back "I didn't Know" . There has to be a first example and it seems we have a winner.
