The Germans and the Japanese desire to expand without limits helped did them in. In the end, it became wars of attrition.

SSgt (Join to see) - Logistics hindered the Germans in Africa, Battle of the Bulge, and Russia. Logistics hindered the Japanese as they spread out to various islands.

MAJ Ken Landgren - They hindered us in WWI and Pershing made well damn sure that it didn't persist as a problem. Logistics were also the main reason Bradley couldn't let Patton continue his lightning strike into Germany - the supplies just couldn't keep up.
