On the other hand, NO legislator in their right mind would even come close to thinking of making it illegal NOT to educate students to AT LEAST "Level 3" (there are 5 levels and currently about 62% of the US population falls at either "Below Level 1" [4%], "Level 1" [14%, or "Level 2" [34%]).

Sir, who is supposed to fund these children's education? If the parents (and children) aren't here legally, how do you validate they are paying taxes to provide their share of the cost?
I can't send my children to another school district (that I don't pay taxes in) without paying tuition; to me this is the same.
I'm concerned that if we (the US) continue to offer a growing menu of services, we incentivize illegal immigration.

That is a flat out lie for my state, Tennessee. We have many illegals here due to the agriculture business and they are not asked if they are citizens or otherwise. We do know that we pay a lot of state funds for the indigent healthcare that is provided gratis and the education of their children. Not to mention, those that commit crimes and occasionally let go by ICE agents. Free breakfast for all, subsidized lunches or free depending on stated income, START for them and others. RAM, free medical/dental on occasion. This article is BS. At least here in TN!

I hate to be harsh and cruel but my wife is not an American citizen and every so many years I pay for her to have her green card renewed. If I have to do it, everyone else should too. Send the kids back home.
