This likely needs a federal answer at some point. The states where it is legal, there is still access. Providers routinely offer advice on novel care whether provided by the VA or not.

it requires removal from the cds schedule, but it will only happen if this potus writes executive order. Otherwise, all the research, will be hidden for another 50 years, as all candidates now, will not legalize it on the federal level.
