What this is really about are a group of people trying to take advantage of what has and is occurring at Camp Lejeune. When the people were told that their issue was not related to water contamination, they started to overlay it with other problematic items, such as lead paint.

What the real issue is - a group of people are jealous and covetous of what their neighbors or fellow service members at other post have or may have, due to new housing construction.
