The job we do is inherently dangerous. Combat is inherently dangerous. A loss of lives in training is horrible, but we train as we fight and unfortunately sometimes safety briefs, risk management, supervision, or anything else will not keep accidents from happening. Thoughts and prayers to those soldiers and marines.

Is the training that sub-standard, the soldiers that careless, or the supervision that poor? There really can't be that many true, unavoidable accidents. Someone is dropping the ball somewhere and it's costing SM's their lives.
