There is a really good movie called The Railroad Man about WWII POW at a Japanese camp. PTSD haunted his buddies after the war, and they knew not what to do. They were tormented by nightmares, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The main character decides to go back to the site of the POW Camp in the hopes of finding peace to turn his wretched life around.
