Marine wrongfully arrested by Clive police for a crime she didn't commit

Her record needs to be completely cleared. There should be no record of the arrest, and she should never have to explain why she was wrongfully arrested to anyone. The city needs to pay her for her time in jail, while in custody and refund the $65 to her mom. Don't blame the computer system, someone had to put the numbers in.
