Martin Shkreli (The man who bought the HIV drug - Daraprim and raised the price from $13.50 to $750) talks to a HIV positive man about why he raised the price of Daraprim.
Essentially he uses R&D has is main purpose on why the overnight increase to $750/pill - ie: to make the drug better and safer.
It doesn't change my opinion of him - mainly because his body language in this video is apathetic and it was hard to get beyond that.
