I recorded this a while ago. I think when the elections started. But I think it needs to be posted again with the latest loss of life in Syria. As a vet I understand. As a mother, my heart breaks.
"In a country of chaos and uncertainty! I know one thing that I hold close to my heart! That millions before us died to protect. sacrificed all just to insure there future! Gave there freedoms, hopes and dreams for something they believed in greater then themselves. Life, Love, Liberty and Freedome. As I watch our country fall and wonder what can one person do to lead a nation before ruin! The answer is, you cannot! Because no one will believe until it's too late. So for now, hold tight your precious hearts close to you and remember the reason we are free today! Because we may not get a second chance tomorrow. God Bless America and all of those who faught, are fighting and those who died to protect what it meant to be American!"
