Yes - AND I look forward to the day when the term "leadership" naturally looks like a mix of the population. The goal, for me personally, is not to break history with all-women leaders but rather to serve as leaders alongside each other, where the presence of women in leadership positions is self-explanatory and not something to be heralded. But I understand, as we all do, that all of these strides are incredibly positive strides of change. Bravo to the team!
