Big Guns that shoot great distances are inherently inaccurate. The trajectory at that range is too flat leaving the Range Probable Error of over a kilometer. In other words, two rounds fired from the same gun with the same data might not land within 1000 meters of each other. Another thing that doomed the M-107 was that the propellent needed burned up the barrel. It only lasted a few hundred rounds

When the targets are densely populated cities, how much does accuracy matter? Add in Chemical and Biological shells and it becomes even less relevant

If their guns are close enough to hit Seoul our guns at Paju Ri can hit them. An 8inch can hit Kaesong, their railhead.

Take into account coriolis, wind at altitude, & rotation of the earth (like Naval Gunfire does) & you can greatly improve accuracy.
