Wow....looks like we should all become migrants in Germany. In Germany if they do not get asylum, they ASK them to leave. It does not seem to be a successful program, so Merkel will pay the people who are to bad to be accepted into Germany.... pay them to leave.

I've said it before and I will say it again, she is weak, selfish, and egotistical- she put herself before her people, and is now trying anything to save face in the eyes of her country's men/women. PAYING REFUGEES OFF? SERIOUSLY- last time I checked, that's called bribery- last ditch effort of a weak, ineffective wannabe IMO.

I'm sure the German population must be thrilled that Merkel let these droves of migrants in and place their importance above that of the citizens of Germany and screwed things up so badly now the victims, the German population will have their money paid through taxes used to try and fix what Merkel broke. Now the German taxpayers get pay for these people that never even attempted to adapt to society and obey the German laws. At leas the leadership in other European Countries such as Hungary and Poland were determined not to let this happen in the first place in their nations, and guess what in their countries it isn't, they put their own citizens first, something Merkel sure didn't do !

Her stupid policy is a complete failure and now she is going to give the bad people money. that money has to be taken from German tax payers, most of whom didnt want the refugees in the first place, and I predict that this payment will end up supporting terrorism and at the same time, fail to remove the bad people from Germany. Glad that Merkel isnt running the US.
