Finally a little sanity in our Justice system.... surprising it would come from Michigan.... and Ohio.... "mens rea" (guilty mind). In short.... one should know they are committing a crime to be convicted of committing a crime. Now if we can only spread some of this sanity to the rest of the States, AND especially to the Federal government.

Finally some common sense legislation......it'll get challenged, maybe thrown out, but thank goodness someone stood up and tried.

This will be interesting to watch in Michigan and the Flint water crisis, especially considering the timing.

This will be the standard very soon .... there so many laws now ... no one is not a law breaker, and that is almost a fact now. Imagine the regulatory keep going at current rate ...
