Michigan woman arrested for failing to scan all items at Walmart self-checkout

Why do they even bother with security or security cameras if they won't enforce it?

There are constant arrests at Walmart around here, and it gets worse during tourist season.

Once I saw a woman scan everything, put it all back in her cart and then leave the store without paying. I reported it but nobody did a thing about it.
