Yup got the internal announcement that leaked out to the press this morning about it.
Its pretty exciting that Microsoft is making these moves. Clearly shows that being in the gaming "software" side of the business makes total sense. Now that Gamepass is full steam ahead, with the addition of Bethesda + Activision Microsoft has positioned itself to have not just tier 1 exclusives but also dominate the gaming industry as a whole. Sony is more than likely going to have to rethink their strategy. They are coming up with their own version of gamepass BUT now they will struggle to sign up studios to it especially now that microsoft owns such a large publisher.
