When I deployed to Germany in 1979 the locals were constantly complaining about the Turks. These folks came from Turkey with large extended families, got on public assistance and then sent all but the initial man back to Turkey until such time as the government decided to visit them to verify all the folks receiving assistance. At which time they would all come back for a month or two. This usually occurred once a year. This is nothing new. It has been going on for decades and we are finally starting to see the results of the liberal (Socialist) agenda.
