It's a start but they should have allowed former member discharged for refusing the "vaccine" to apply for reinstatement.

Agree! It is inadequate at best. It's like buying half a horse. Do you want the half that eats or the half that s***s?

To be clear it wasn't overturned, the program has ended. It was a compromise in the bill and Biden wouldn't have signed it into law if it didn't think the compromise was worth what he received in return. This has no impact, legal or otherwise, on the legality of the mandate to date.
The fact is we have enough people vaccinated already where those that are immunocompromised or too science illiterate to understand the vaccine and are afraid of it. For the former I hope for herd immunity. For the later, they takes their chances on the Darwin roulette wheel.

Most deaths with COVID in 2022 have been from the 'vaccinated.' Herd immunity is no longer discussed, especially not in the US. It would be like admitting human beings have immune systems that work (immunodeficient people excluded, of course). Normal, healthy people who are exposed to COVID develop antibodies that protect them from reinfection, and give some defense against future strains. Remember, 60% of all common colds come from a strain of Coronavirus. Many of us already have related antibodies. Saying the mandate for military vaccines is over does NOTHING to those who refused the jab and are now discharged. Compromise? Cruel and unusual punishment.
