As I suspected, Army North is monitoring the pandemic. I am confident that LTG Richardson and her staff will run a tight ship and plan and execute the myriad of tasks requisite to pandemic responses. The military is the only organization that can move mountains fairly quickly, and the 4 star commander of NORTHCOM will provide overhead cover should Army North need assets and capacities across the military. Some of the tasks I can envision are:

- Purchasing and delivering supplies of many classes.
- Committing to contracts.
- Flying patients.
- Setting up makeshift hospitals.
- Deploying medical people.
- Deploying mortuary affairs.
