Military movies are more enjoyable after being vet-splained, family reports

I tend to go there and, probably, too often. Get a lot of rolled eyes and "OK, Dad" come backs which really means "let's move on and enjoy the show."

Having spent mu formative years at Ft Bragg I learned early to "NEVER" go to a military themed movie anywhere withing a 50 mile radius of any base. I learned that important lesson when 75% of the audience critiqued everything from Grenade throwing and exploding, uniform issues, command relationships between ranks, I mean really when was the last time you saw a full bird Col leading a squad? :) . Red Dawn putting Gasoline in a diesel tank.........
