I think this is a good thing if they really pull it off. Cant even imagine how cold and hard it is to be homeless in MN.

It currently is negative 5 degrees.
We had 6 inches of snow a couple of days ago, and we are expecting "between six inches and a foot" of snow today! Then this weekend we are anticipating a the highs of 1 degree to the possibility of 20 below! ( WITHOUT THE WIND CHILL ).
Finally, MINNESOTA has it right for the VETERANS!!

With the state and the VA and Veteran Service orgs like the V.F.W., Am Leg. D.A.V. And others all pulling together in a cooperative effort all over, not just Minn. to look out for those that served our country first , wherever they served in the world. Let the u.n. Take care of the Syrians and others with their own money, not the U.S.'s (they got enough of it already!).. Our Vets should have First take at getting housing over those refugees from o'seas.. our Vets shouldn't to be bottled up at Salvation Army centers, let them refugees go there and put our Vets up at the Holiday inns.. (now with a certain x Pres. Gone the housing people can start looking out for our homeless Vets FIRST!)...

BTW - the Veterans Administration here in the cities is EXCELLENT!!! The Traumatic Brain Injury team is made of the UNIVERSITY of MINNESOTA medical staff and the VA Med Staff!
