People pass a bunch of things off as "art" these days. Some people will see this as threatening and others will see it as politically charged. I am with the people in the story who were just confused by it.

SGT (Join to see) Um I am confused. I think we read a little to deep in many situations, but I am not reading very hard and am confused. If they wanted me to talk about it- they could have used a million other images.

SGT (Join to see) - Fixed it- meant the sponsor of the billboard. I lived down south for several years...kinda par for course in some sections of the South still. Fear of change maybe- I can't say. I believe we all have prejudices, but how you treat another human being is how you are judged. This sends a very conflicted message- I don't see police/authority keeping me safe in any sense of the idea.

PO1 John Crafton - Ah. My literal thinking brain is not that abstract. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Inference can start a war. We have always been great- those of us that have served abroad can attest to our being the best. Do we have issues- sure, but if someone feels it is better somewhere else I challenge them to go there and prove it.
