Montreal "First Snow" of the year creates back to back accident

Having driven a city bus at the grand old age of 19 in snow and blizzards, uphill both ways... and backing up a hill to get another chance at the upslope...give me snow. Ice underneath because the ground is still warm or things got really cold in the night is treacherous!

I always stay home on the first snow as people forget how to drive.....!
