I did not look at the date, it may be dated and reposted on Linkedin. It caught my attention based on a comment from someone I know. Still the effects of a prolonged war, lack of leadership, and many other factors as stated in the article are contributors to the current morale issues. It may not be at every level but it exist, and low morale is dangerous, in particular to the warfighter who is out there doing everything necessary to get the job done and ultimately come home.
