Don't know that Senator Jerry Moran and I will ever be on Each Others Fan Club but he is one of the Few Republicans from My Single Party State (Republican) that I have Any Respect For. He is a Little More Pragmatic, Less Dogmatic. I Honestly Think He Cares about Kansas Farmers which Counts for a Lot in My Book.

Exactly. From what I understood was he felt like the bill wasn't going to be beneficial at all to his state, so he said, the hell with it.

I can't even be mad at him. It's hard to stick with the people that brought you to the dance and take positions that could potentially damage yourself politically. For me that exemplifies integrity and courage, something in short supply in American politics.
