More Police Training Key To Determining Who Is A 'Good Guy With A Gun'

One of the ones I read recently on this subject mentioned something I believe is very important for LEO's to remember and take into account when dealing with situations where there is, or could be, a good guy with a gun.
If there was shooting in a relatively closed space, anyone in close proximity to the shooting may be experiencing some degree of temporary hearing loss. An individual who is holding a firearm may not hear your commands.
