Mormons to end long association with Boy Scouts of America

BSA shot themselves in the foot.

That's a big sponsor to lose too.

LDS has claimed they would leave the BSA every time we do something they don't agree with, despite the fact that they were allowed to make special rules to accommodate their youth groups and had a bunch of exceptions to the point that they had their own program. I've reached the point of... go ahead. We'll lose Charter Organizations, but I'm pretty sure that 80-90% of the members will find another unit somewhere else. Just like their girls did when they wanted to join Venture Crews but weren't allowed to join at the church because it was part of the Boys' Youth Program, and half the boys in the Varsity Team and some of the boys from the Crew from the LDS church I worked with joined my daughter's crew as well (to include the Troop Leader volunteering for that crew and bringing his own kids to the crew).
