Our BDE CSM predicted this would be a bring issue for the first year or so as the last change resulted in the same complaints and issues as you stated. It's a reason why I believe we as NCOs must continue to counsel, coach, and mentor not only our Soldiers but each other as well through NCODPs and other LPDs so we becoming more knowledgeable and aware of properly preventing such mistakes.
