MOTIVA - Security & Emergency Response Manager - Houston, TX - Shell - Job Details

Looking for individual that have the following skillset:

-Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
-Minimum ten (10) years combination experience in law enforcement (or related government/military service) and/or emergency management
-Proven Petrochemical industry experience required ( I think for the right person we can work this)
-Strong assessment, analytical, physical security, security systems and facility design skills required.
-Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. government regulatory processes and civil/criminal laws that affect security operations and emergency management in the United States related to the Petrochemical Sector.
-Proven ability to communicate with other Petrochemical industry companies and with local, state, and federal law enforcement and government agencies
