MS-13 isn't the only homicidal street gang in town - meet Barrio 18

My last few months on recruiting duty were spent on the south side of Chicago in 1978.....I was the only white face in a several block radius. A gang banger warned the other recruiter in the office that I didn't belong there, and his gang was likely to jump me. The recruiter told him I belonged to a gang too....and my gang were all trained professional killers, that would be happy to come down there and put those guys out of existence, just for something to do on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't have any problems. They didn't want to mess with my gang.

I wonder how many points these guys would garner under the new RAISE program. How many points for speaking Gang Sign?
