Obama, speaking during a conference held by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation in Athens, spoke about the "untenable" way the Titan sub tragedy got more press coverage than the recent deaths related to a ship that capsized resulting in the death of hundreds of refugees from "Libya" that were trying to make their way to Italy.
What's untenable is the failed foreign policy that caused the collapse of Libya by Obama. He recklessly pursued the fall of Libya to transfer arms to terrorist in his attempt to oust Assad in Syria despite being warned of the ramifications. That's the real cause that created the “circumstances which lead desperate people to come here”. He said - “We can’t ignore it." I say this as Obama has been meeting with democrat politicians in DC on a regular basis to help "mentor" democrats currently in office. He seems to not understand the damage and long lasting affects that his foreign policy has had on millions yet Obama is working to influence our current political course in both domestic and international policy. While some say Biden is just a proxy and that democrats figured out a way to get another term for Obama - by hook or by crook - If nothing else Obama is casting "his" shadow on Biden's presidency. Curious on others thought about Obama influencing our political discourse while not holding an office. Is this a problem of is this actually a better long term strategy to get things done?

This is an excellent movie though I'm not sure if it's 100% accurate on how the battle unraveled but these guys disobeyed the station Chief and they're no longer contractors anymore and some of them are seriously hurt but had they not stood up and defended themselves, I think all of them would have died.

Very long winded response from me but yes 13 hours is great. Its fairly accurate as it is based off Kris's book.
I feel Iran, not happy with what was going on in Syria, hatched a plan to give America a black eye.
Iran leaned as to what was going on so the Quds launched a plan to attack the consulate with the help of local forces - much like how our Green Berets operate as force multipliers. They did their homework and found out where the CIA annex was located. Much like how Iran used mortars in Iraq, the precision in how they were used in Benghazi on the CIA protected annex, is a clue to who was behind the attack. Not sure but I feel the stand down order was giving as it provided a way to "clean up" any loose ends as the arms in Libya were now flowing out of control into the hands of ISIS and other terrorist organizations. Things we know - Quds recruiting people to fight in Libya. CIA got played hard by the Quds. This is coming from former Baghdad CIA deputy chief of station, John Maguire. He is well versed in the Quds as he helped run the CIA operations in Iraq. This guy is the real deal as he was also in Beirut in the late 1980's.
John has stated the head of the Iranian team in Benghazi was a senior Quds Force officer named Ibrahim Mohammed Joudaki. He had gotten his start killing Kurds in northwestern Iran, and later ended up in Lebanon where he trained Hezbollah fighters.
Joudaki's deputy, Khalil Harb, was someone John had known and worked with for years in Lebanon. Harb was a top Hezbollah operative and a deputy to Quds Force chieftain Qassem Suleymani. Joudaki and Harb spent two months training and planning the attack.
The original plan was to kidnapped but as the CIA got wind of the Quds it became a kill mission.
In the crazy blurred lines of the battlespace, Iran worked with the US/CIA and our military to fight ISIS in Syria but Iran double crossed the US for working with others in the region to oust Assad. This was a complete failure of geo political strategy in Obama's foreign policy. It not only got Americans killed but caused a unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Syria, Libya and Iraq. As such Iran leveraged the historic nuke deal in escaping any real consequences until Trump made it tow'fer in taking out Soleimani and al-Muhandis.
Benghazi is way more complicated than what most are being told - yet like I stated Obama seems to not understand how he alone helped to create the “circumstances" which has resulted in desperate people taking desperate measures. This is why I question his influences in our current politics - he's seems blinded by his very skewed worldview.
