As for the question will they ever get back on the rail.... no we are well past that short of America turning them off and refusing to watch as a collective while. They sift and filter the programing every network every station, From the TV shows to the news, its refined to force their message to be heard.

Take every sitcom dad anima or on air right now they are a combination of dumb, fat, lazy, subservient to their wives, boobs who never make the right choice till they are shown the way by the wife. Now think about the message we hear from the left, "men are idiots and should be emasculated in the name of Women's rights"... Think those two don't go together? When you watch your show make a note of the ads that play, they are aimed at a demographic that is expected to be watching that show. It is subliminal science, do you think the commercials are louder? They arnt its the tone and clever sound tricks to get you to notice them. Think how news is no longer news but a sound byte, its meant to keep you on that channel while your told what to think waiting to hear about the cute cat and fluffy dog that saved the baby... while you wait you will hear sound bytes of all the things they want you to think their way about...

And EVERY station does this. I know I sound like a Nutter but I worked in that world long before the Navy... I really do know a bit about this having gone to school for it, and that was 23 odd years ago I can only imagine the money and science they now poor into this type of thing.
