1) officers need to trust enlisted personnel
2) enlisted personnel need to trust officers
3) trust isn’t blind, it needs to be earned through personal experience
4) computers, ESPECIALLY AI, is/are not to be trusted. Your life depends on the whims of a machine that is hardwired with the limitations of the mind that built it. Refer to AI automatic buying/selling as a contributing factor to the ‘87 stock market crash.
5) initiative needs to be encouraged AT ALL LEVELS
6) creativity in problem solving needs to be encouraged AT ALL LEVELS
7) 5 & 6 above are hard to teach. Nurture it where you find it.
