Murder inquiry after Novichok woman dies

Has it been confirmed that Novichok was the agent? I find this thing disturbing because from what I read, there is no connection with Sergei Skerpal, the former spy that was attacked earlier this year. Novichok family agents are much more difficult to produce, and outside the former Soviet Union, Iran and Czech Republic are the only other actors known to have produced it,,,albeit in small amounts. I wonder what is going on in the UK.
