Some interesting history many forget- many slaves brought to America were of the Muslim faith and over time the faith was either hidden, beaten or killed from the blood lines (so to speak), but in a way they were intregal to the rise of these United States of America... Some BHM info

The Spanish Kingdoms of CASTILLA and Aragon had just finished kicking the muslim invaders from the Iberian Peninsula, they had just consolidated SPAIN into a nation. This is a very convenient detail left out of a poor ass article.
